Who I work with
Businesses that sell, hire or service equipment. This way of working suits an owner who wants one person to call, and a marketing team that wants a senior specialist without an agency's layers.
Big catalogues, supplier price files, price-on-application units, and national retailers selling the same products.
Availability, enquiries, and showing up when someone nearby needs gear today.
Auto electrical, AC, mechanical and maintenance crews who go to the depot, the yard or the site, for fleets in mining, civil, transport and plant hire. Quote requests, service areas and a phone that gets answered.
Local presence, quote requests, and recruitment when the job boards aren't cutting it.
Product data, trade customers, and dealers who need your information to sell your range.
A specialist for Google Ads, SEO or Meta who works inside your brand guidelines and approval process, reports the way your team needs, and doesn't need managing.
You'll probably recognise a few of these
- Three websites, three logins, and nobody who owns all of them.
- Ads running, and nobody sure what they return.
- Ads with nowhere useful to send people.
- Staff re-keying online orders into the job system.
- Losing sales to national retailers on the same products.
- A supplier catalogue that changes faster than your site does.
- A marketing team stretched across every channel, with nobody senior on paid search.
Where the work happens
I'm based in Newcastle and work with businesses from the Hunter all the way up to Townsville. Around Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter I'll come to you, and further afield I'll fly in when a job needs it. The rest happens on the phone and in shared documents, so distance hasn't mattered.
Not every job is a fit. If you need ten people on one launch next week, or brand, TV and event campaigns, a traditional agency is the better call. Where I'm not the right fit.
Tell me what's going on
Ring me, or send a few lines through the form. If you need something built, I'll come back with a plan and a price, and for a new site that usually includes a first look at it. If you've got sites, ads and accounts spread across a few providers and nobody holding all of it, I'd start with an audit.
